Orders and Payments

Payments are accepted via authorize.net a Visa © Service, payment information is processed by authorize.net and subject to the Visa Privacy Policy and the authorize.net Data Processing Agreement please refer to those webpages for more information. We do not store customer payment information.

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not check your spam inbox then contact store@katywrightglass.com.

Shipping

We only ship to the US, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations in foreign countries.

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours if purchased Monday through Thursday, orders purchased Friday through Sunday will go out the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders will be carefully packed and a tracking number will be provided in most cases.

• You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase, KatyWrightGlass takes no responsibility for verifying the legitimacy of the order before accepting it and we will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by authorities.

• We do not share or sell any information we collect regarding your order except to conduct the transactions and perform shipping.

• All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
